SSAM is now looking for a driven and engaged coordinator for their new initiative on Property-Near Collection. This is a unique opportunity to help develop and contribute to a more sustainable and efficient waste management system.

About the role

As a coordinator for the collection, you will play a central role in driving and developing the collection process. You will work closely with employees, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the collection is carried out efficiently and according to the highest quality and environmental standards. The role includes both operational and administrative work and requires a good ability to plan, coordinate, and analyze operations.

Your main responsibilities:

Plan, lead, and distribute work within the collection.
Ensure that the collection work is carried out according to established guidelines and quality goals.
Follow up and analyze operational data to optimize workflows and the efficiency of the collection.
Registration work related to facilities and customer orders.
Customer contact, including site visits and assessment of collection points.
Dialogue and coordination with customers, suppliers, and property owners.
Work with reporting, statistics, and administrative tasks to support management and business development.
Drive change initiatives and implement new work routines.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience in coordinating and leading workflows within logistics, waste management, or similar fields.
Enjoy a role that combines operational work with administrative tasks.
Good ability to analyze and use data to drive improvements.
A communicative and collaborative person who can create engagement and participation.
Solution-oriented, flexible, meticulous, and self-driven.
Experience working with administrative systems, preferably EDP.
Valid driver's license (B).
Relevant high school education; post-secondary education in logistics, environmental science, or leadership is a plus.
